Critical: QualityWords cannot express how terrible I am feeling right now !!! I have never had such a terrible hair cut in my life. I went in for a hair cut today asking the hairdresser to cut my hair to shoulder length and add some layers as well. I am not sure where she got her training from but this is the hair layer that she did to me. The outer layer is way shorter than the inner layer and it is not EVEN in all angles. I obviously expressed my dissatisfaction with the end result but the hairdresser kept repeating herself that this is the LAYER. This is absolutely wrong in all ways. She did not offer to fix the hair and still charged me the full amount !!! DO NOT GO HERE !! AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!
