AVOID!!! Their machines are terrible, they basically create a strobe light effect and I’m epileptic. The rooms aren’t sanitized. I left a wash cloth folded a certain way so I would know if it was clean or not, that same wash cloth stayed their for days. They stole my money, claimed to be giving it back to me for all the issues I had with this facility but now aren’t answering my texts about the money I’m supposed to receive back for the services not provided because I was told not to push it per the manager Beth Watson. They won’t provide a copy of the receipt. And let me just say this – I’ve gone tanning before and never experienced what I did at this location. Tiny little red blood blisters all over my body after tanning. Still waiting for my money. The manager is never there during operating hours so you can never tan??? I even had to go to another tanning salon and when I told them what salon I used to go to they knew all about the issues this store has and knew of the manager as well, by name. I think that right there says enough.

I LOVE that this is a one-stop-shop for all things tanning, massage, and aesthetic! Beth is an amazing massage therapist. She also knows her stuff when it comes to tanning, advice regarding lotions, times, level of bed, etc. My skin is super sensitive and Brenda has taken this into consideration with my facials. I have NEVER broken out after a facial here and my eyes are less puffy, as well as my skin is dewy without being greasy. The cleanliness of the salon, amazingly friendly customer service, hours of operation, variety of services offered, amount of beds, quality of products, and the package pricing are seriously incomparable in the Chattanooga area. I’ve been to a variety of salons for just about every service you could imagine. I LOVE that this is a one-stop-shop for all things tanning, massage, and aesthetic! Beth is an amazing massage therapist. I use the Red light bed to ease all the muscle and joint pains and get frequent massages by Beth and Brenda. Both of these ladies are phenomenal! S&R is a wonderful place! I use the Red light bed to ease all the muscle and joint pains and get frequent massages by Beth and Brenda. Both of these ladies are phenomenal! So the people are very nice, so thats the reason for 3 stars. If this rating was just on beds id probably give 1 star. I just do not like these beds. The bulbs burn your back and arms and no tanning on the front. Appears bulbs are out and possibly only changing some bulbs is my guess. I really wanted to like this place, but the products (beds) are just not good.

This place by far has the best prices, they also have top notch beds. Aside from the quality I never want to go anywhere else due to the simple fact that the customer service here is fantastic.
