Squared Up Barbershop was created in the mind of young entrepreneur, Chris Goree, who aspired to share his passion and skill as a barber. His vision was to create a barbershop with a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere that catered to the wide array of individuals he hoped to serve. On July 17 of 2017, Squared Up Barbershop opened for service.

I had just left another shop and town and to say the least it wasn’t pretty! I had a wedding the next day. I called and Chris answered the phone. I didn’t think there would be any saving my hair (I’m female, it was an undercut). Chris came through though! He made it work and it turned out so much better than I ever could’ve hoped. He didn’t have much to work with due to the damage that had been done before I got to him! Super chill atmosphere. Everyone there was friendly! It felt very comfortable. Chris did an AMAZING job. The barber (joeseph) has given me the best hair cut I have ever received and I couldn’t be happier, I in the end was charged 25 and gave him 40, but if I could I would’ve dropped 100.
