I’ve been to the Square One location in Centerville and, while the venue was beautiful and everyone was quite professional, my stylist Grace at the location on Brown street just made the experience unforgettable. I had a shampoo, free mini-facial, haircut, and left with curls. I received an excellent long haircut with layers and she finished the looks with stunning curls that lasted. Grace is also personable in a way that made me feel pampered and special. Sometimes, hairdressers at the end of their day seem like they are rushing to get home, but Grace’s positivity and care made it seemed like she genuinely enjoyed her work and clients. I highly recommend the Square One brand in general and Grace in particular.

This hair salon was a wonderful experience. I love this company. There very friendly and they helped me out with my hair even though they were very busy on there bookings. I highly recommend coming here or any of the square one salons in the area. The tea and there Complimentary face mask is an awesome experience also I give them a perfect 5 stars.

I thoroughly enjoyed getting my hair cut here. The staff was very friendly and gave me a delicious hot tea to sip while I waited. Tori did an excellent job with my hair, especially since I was trying something new and didn’t know exactly how to communicate what I wanted. I’m thrilled with my new look and had a great experience overall. I will be back real soon!

I’ve been going here for all my hair needs for several years. I have always left completely satisfied with the work done including cuts, colors, bleaching, highlights, etc. The professionals as well as front desk staff are always very nice and helpful. A minor point, I love the decorating and atmosphere as well.

I made an appointment for cut and color on a weekday. I took a vacation day from work since they were able to schedule me so quickly. When I arrived for my 8:00 appointment the receptionist told me the stylist wasn’t in yet and she would call the manager to call the stylist. A few minutes later I was told the stylist quit. The receptionist claimed that someone had left me a voicemail the day prior. I did not get a voicemail so I asked her what number was called. She rattled off a number that was one digit off my actual number. When I told her so, she replied “that’s why you didn’t get it.” She told me someone could see me at 11:30 but didn’t say whether she was the same level stylist. I wasn’t free at 11:30 anyway and had no desire to wait three and a half hours in any event. There was no acknowledgement of the inconvenience to me or for taking down my number wrong, let alone an apology. It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to invest this kind of time and money in self care and I was really looking forward to it. Extremely disappointed in the way this was handled.

Got a haircut here from Jauntae, and it was wonderful! It came with a free mini facial, which was an extra nice treat. Online booking was a little clunky, but better on a computer than a mobile device, and you can make an appointment for the next day if there is availability.

I love this salon!!! I spent an hour with Paige every other week to get my nails done and always have the best time. She is truly fantastic at her craft and a gem to be around. I always feel like I’m spending time with a friend instead of a nail tech – even though I leave with beautiful nails!!!
