I always have good experience. My nails are perfect when I leave and I make my appt to assure I am seen in a timely manner. Katie is my nail tech and she is sweet and efficient. Actually this is the best place so far I’ve experienced since moving back from Tx after constantly searching multiple locations because I am picky. My nail shape is always perfect my nails never lift or break only problem is needing more colors to choose from for my service. Other than that they have my business.

Critical: ProfessionalismFirst time here and we will not be returning.We arrived at 11:30am on Sunday (shortly after opening to ensure a better experience).Neither of us were asked what kind of pedicures we wanted. Instead we were given a very rushed service and our pedicures were poorly done (nails cut too short, filed crooked, etc). Neither technician said a word until the end when Jason attempted to make small talk after sensing our frustration and disappointment. Needless to say, I will not be patronizing this establishment again. if i could give them zero stars, i would. incredibly over priced for completely ruining my nails. they filed down my nails way more than necessary for acrylic nails and i had to pay 60 dollars for damaged and peeled nails. as you can see in the picture, towards the middle/top of my ring and pinky fingers, they were drilled so much that you can see the flesh/blood under my nails very easily. there isnt any acrylic left and that isnt polish, it’s my existing nail. i do not, in any way, reccomend this nail spa for acrylics. disappointed that i payed 60 dollars to ruin my nails.

Okay, service was quick and they were really polite but for the price I paid the quality of my nails wasn’t worth it. Three different people worked on my nails and while I appreciate the lady who attempted the design I asked for, if none of you could do it just say that. I paid $41+ for child work. And why was I charged for a trim when he literally took a centimeter off my nails? Insane.
