I’m visiting from California and decided to get a fill with gel polish. After a 30 minute wait the nail tech was ready to start on my nails. I opted for a clear sparkle gel polish that was $45. After I got home, on further inspection of my nails on the outer and inner aspect of my nails there is no polish. I returned to the nail shop and spoke with the proprietor and she stated because the polish is sparkly that’s why there is no polish around the edges. In all the years of having fills or gel manicures, that is the lamest excuse I’ve ever heard of. So, if the polish was a solid color, the center of the nail is the only part that would have color. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I love this place. Everyone is so kind. I came 5 minutes before closing and they stayed to do my nails. Plenty of parking. Always clean. Manicure, Pedicure

Critical: Quality, ValueI visited this location a few weeks ago with my sister because it was her birthday and the salon we normally go to was booked. We got our nails done (my sister got regular gel polish and I got acrylic gel nails) and our toes done (hers were regular polish and mine were gel). After leaving we noticed that the polish (regular and gel) was not coated evenly. A few days later my sister shared with me that her gel nails were pealing off along with her toe nail polish. Two days after she called, two of my acrylics broke off. This all happened within a week of us getting services done. I paid over $200 for both of us to be serviced and was highly disappointed in the quality of our services. I would not recommend this place as a primary or secondary salon.Services: Gel manicures, Pedicure, Acrylic nailsI visited this location a few weeks ago with my sister because it was her birthday and the salon we normally go to was booked. This salon was overpriced and I’m just now noticing while on vacation that she didn’t polish my pinkie toe and the gel polish is chipping on my hands

Critical: QualityThe very next day after my full set two nails broke off and one nail broke six days after that. Paid $99 for my full set and pedicure and tipped the nail tech twelve dollars. I went back on two separate occasions to get them fixed and was told to come back later on each occasion. Would not recommend at all.

The customer service is good but they really don’t know how to give a proper pedicure and paint the nails good. They always leave space on the nail between the paint and the skin and sometimes the second coat is visible separate from the first coat. Not sure how well trained the staff is but they don’t really have the stamina or energy to give a proper pedicure.

Critical: Quality, ValueI went in to get my nails done for prom on the 10th of may. I brought my own nail polish and he up sold me to gel polish because “it would last longer” and I took it cuz I wanted to feel pretty. He didn’t match my colors at all and only did two coats and they were see through! I left the building not loving my nails and with super dry hands that he did absolutely nothing to besides slap the acrylics on but this was my first manicure so I tried to brush it off as normal. Prom went fine on the 14th but on the 16th my first nail broke off now.(six days after getting them done.) its the 25th of may (only 2 weeks after getting them ) and three of them have broken off when this should’ve lasted way longer. I’m very upset and unhappy about this because I paid 60$ for my nails to be done and everyone I talk to about them says I shouldn’t have paid that much with such a bad job being done AND THERE WAS NO ART , JUST TWO PLAIN COLORS. I’m super sad I wasted my money and I’m never going back there. I thought I did my research but I guess not…Services: Manicure, Nail art, Gel manicures, Pedicure, Acrylic nailsI went in to get my nails done for prom on the 10th of may. Decided to try this place out bc after living on the east side for almost 2yrs, I STILL cannot find a nail salon that can shape my acrylics properly. I needed a fill and 1 repair and asked for slight coffin shape. I like them thin and narrow, natural looking. Not bubbly, thick acrylic that looks fake. My nails needed filed down slightly (I do this every other time.) I showed the technician a photo of the shape (my own nails) because like I said, nobody seems to be able to do it! She was like “yeah, I know what coffin shape is” and acted like she didn’t need to see the photo. Ok. I told her everyone makes them thick and too rounded and she said she could do them like the photo. We’ll see for yourself. The pink is what she did. Only ONE nail is the right shape (the first one she did) and none of the rest match. $40 for a fill and repair. Then she tried to say she did all of this extra work on my nails… ok you mean clean the underneath which is what usually gets done every time? I hate the shape. She was nice but this is not what I wanted. It also took over an hour.

Friendly staff! My pedicure was quite lovely (foot/leg massage, sugar scrub, oils lotions). All the tools were new and wrapped up. They were very clean (wore masks, gloves, washed their hands, took extra precautions to maintain cleanliness due to COVID).
