lady doing my nails was very rude the whole time. she cut them way to short and made them very thick and messy. i told her several times how i wanted them and she didn’t listen. she then cut them way to short and pointy. First time here and will never be coming back very disappointing. The whole environment is rude and unwelcoming. If you want bad nails and disrespect i recommend this place!

I’m from out of town, visiting family IN MARION OH – (YES I DROVE AN HOUR TO COME HERE) and I did extensive amounts of googling to make sure I went to the right place for a pedicure since the last few I’ve had other places were sub-par at best. I chose Square Nails because they had the best reviews and actually answered the phone when I called – imagine that! I’ve now been here twice in the past 10 days – once for a pedicure done by Linda and once for a fill on my nails done by Eric. They were both awesome!!! I could not say enough good things about this place. It was clean, everyone was very kind and professional. They have a great selection of colors and prices are very reasonable. The pedicure I got from Linda was top notch!! She put in some serious work on my feet. Eric did a very fast fill for me today and his work was fantastic, not sloppy. If you live in the area there’s no reason to be getting your nails done anywhere else except Square Nails!

I had the most horrible experience at this nail place. First, the guy in the hat is rude and wouldn’t listen to what I wanted. I asked for almond shape and he told me no because my nails are too wide for them. I never had a problem with getting almond shaped nails before at other places. Then he charged me 75$ before tip for just red nails with a small design. My nails were super thick and not straight. I will never go to this place never again.

I know we have all had hard times including the businesses during the two-year covid. But for this nail shop to pass and try to recoup the expenses they lost onto the people is just not fair. The patrons are going through hard times as well. What happened to pedicures starting at $20 and now $45? I’m sorry but I just cannot tip anymore and my appointments will be twice a year instead of every month

I’ve been here a handful of times and was going to probably make it my last if my nails didn’t look better. Tan did my nails and let me tell you it was worth the wait! I have gone here for several months for acrylic nails. The reason I chose to go here was because I had the ability to make an appointment as I am extremely busy and I do not have time to wait in the salon for hours just to get in the chair. The last three times I have gone not only has my appointment time not mattered but the staff is quite frankly very unapologetic about being behind. Today when I showed up for my appointment time my technician was supposedly in the back eating lunch and would be out in a few minutes. 20 minutes later she still was not out, and no one else had asked me if they could perform the service for me. Therefore I left. When you make an appointment online at the salon they ask for 48 hours notice if you cannot be there because their time is valuable. However my time is also valuable and I make an appointment because I have a schedule to stick to clearly the staff here does not care about that. If you’re not going to honor appointment times then perhaps take the ability to schedule an appointment off of your website.
