Very average pedicure with a very high price tag. For $59, I would at least expect some sort of upscale treatment like hot stone or parafin. Not the case. Plus, when I booked online, I was advised to expect a 70 minute treatment for the service I paid for. I was sitting up front with a mini fan on the floor “drying” my polish (no UV lights for toes here) 45 minutes later. Cool, modern ambiance but I’m not there for that reason. If you charge those kinds of prices ($70+ after gratuity), I expect to receive superior service. Note: the pic attached is 2 weeks after service.

I can’t stop talking about this place. I was visiting Cincinnati for UC Homecoming and wanted a festive manicure. I did Tier 1 nail art with Andrea and honestly, it was the best mani of my life. So efficient, pleasant, and affordable. And here I am, 3 weeks later and my nails still look incredible. I only wish I lived closer so this could be my regular spot.

Today I took my bestie to Spruce for her 40th birthday! We had the “goods” experience! Leg and hand scrub, manis, pedis, hot stones… this was an experience. If you’re looking for a quick, cheap mani/pedi, this is not your place. BUT if you’re looking for some pampering, and uninterrupted time with your best friend, Spruce is where it’s at! Mariah did a wonderful job! Grace was sweet. It was an overall top notch experience!!

Unfortunately my experience was far from perfect. I booked a Staple mani with gel and a Staple pedi. While at the pedicure, I had to ask several times to remove the dry skin I could clearly see. The final results are on the pictures and are speaking for themselves.

The shop itself is stunning. I had Andrea do my nails like rose quartz for my wedding and she did it spot on. She also just in general has a wonderful personality and was very pleasant. My nails have never looked this good! I’m also going to get a spray tan and will add the update later.
