I had a scheduled appointment, received a call and I was asked to come in 15 minutes later – no problem. I arrived and waited 30 minutes. When I said I was leaving, the receptionist said it would only be 10 more minutes as my stylist was drying the other person’s hair. No hair dryers were running. I left. When I got home, the stylist called me and it turns out, she was never even told I was there!

I can always trust Kristie will take very good care of me, today I walked in with absolutely no expectation of being able to bring my hair back to life. I left with my old beautiful hair colors which Kristie is the ONLY one who has ever been able to figure out my hair and remember the methods and takes whatever time she needs to accomplish our goals.
