I went a few months back to get highlights from Bentley after seeing her amazing work on Instagram. The color was fantastic, but the cut was terrible. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but I decided to as I saw another photo posted, the style showing the same weird short piece in the front. She curled mine, so it wasn’t noticeable until after I got home, washed, and styled my own hair. I had to go to mastercuts the next day and pay for a new hair cut, because it was cut too poorly for the stylist to fix it with a trim.

A very hit or miss place. Got my hair cut and colored a few times here by Megan. Sometimes she did a great job and other times it was terrible and had to be fixed. I was told I couldn’t get a balayage as my hair was too short. My hair reaches my shoulders and my previous stylist before moving to the area never told me that before. The last time I went, my color didn’t reach my roots and left very obvious missed root lines. Additionally, the cut was jagged and I had pieces that were way too short or way to long in areas. Reached out to the hairstylist once I got home and noticed and never received a reply from her to fix the issue. Will not being going back.

My wife went in today to get her hair done by bentley and was extremely dissapointed in the service she recieved the hairdresser was very nice just inexperienced clearly she asked for cut and color with a detailed pic on how she wanted it no grey area what she recieved coloring wise was not even closw and the hair dresser got die all over wifes arms and clothes shirt was ruined no offer to replace it either.would not reccomend outfit owner becky is extremely shady i reached out to her to ask about a refund since service promised was not service recieved and clothes were ruined she replys no refund is being given my hairdresser did her job dont know how much more shady u can be if u didnt do it right own up to it and refund the money DONT GO HERE
