This review is not about the work being done here. I am sure they may be great hairstylists. But they will never get business from me or my family after the way I was treated there. I got a flat tire on my way to work, and it scared the life out of me. I freaked out and pulled over as fast as I could which happened to be their parking lot. I nervously called my husband and he left work across town to come help me. While trying to fix everything a worker came out and told us we needed to move our of their parking lot since they were about to open. I was not about to drive my car on the rim so we moved my husbands car out of the parking places. Well, apparently where we moved it to was not acceptable either! Another lady came out pretty much screaming at us to move. We were unable to fix the tire ourselves and I called the wrecking service. When they came the lady came back out not once but twice screaming at him to move! I completely understand they have a business to run, but I didn’t pop my tire on purpose. If someone every busted a tire in front of my business, as long as they were TRYING to fix it, I would leave them be. If you want to be treated with respect, I do NOT recommend going to them for any of your hair care needs!

Everyone was friendly and Erin did a great job on my hair. I would give it five stars but there was a strong cigarette smell in the air. I didn’t see anyone smoking but there were a couple of rooms I couldn’t see in from the angle I was sitting. I thought possibly someone came in with it on their clothes, but it lingered the entire hour I was there and made me sick. I had smelled it before a week earlier when I went with a friend. If the cigarette smoke would be gone, I’d probably go back, but until they make it a non-smoking facility, I won’t return.
