Jonathan is hands down, the best massage therapist I’ve ever experienced. Be sure to ask for him! So many small touches that did not go unnoticed.. like a massage bed that sits up and reclines with different positions, heated neck wrap, warm towels under shoulders, hot towels, etc. Top notch experience. All staff were kind and accommodating. I will definitely be back.

Jonathan is the best masseuse I’ve ever had in my life. His attention to detail is wonderful, and he really pays attention to what you need and how your body feels. He helped me understand that my leg pain/sciatica was truly just stemming from my lower back, and pinpointed the exact spot it was all rooted from until the we tension was relieved. He noticed tightness I wasn’t aware of. He massaged my shin splints gently but caused so much relief, and guessed that I am on my feet a lot for work, which he is right about!. He even helped me stretch my hips and I’ve never felt that kind of release in my life! 10/10 I will definitely be coming back, especially to see Jonathan!

Beautiful Spa. Check in wasn’t as smooth as should have been. We came early and our scheduled bath time was still cut short because changing rooms weren’t scheduled properly. Also hot tea & cucumber water signs in waiting areas but was never actually offered this by an employee. Highlight was massage with Brandon. One of the best massages I’ve ever had, he was very intuitive and gave perfect pressure.

We went for our honeymoon, and it was both of our first times enjoying any kind of spa. The package of facial, pedicure, and massage was well worth it. The baths are so cool, and the natural spring plunge was my favorite part. The staff was all knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. I only wish that I had brought a book to enjoy while waiting between treatments.

Quite possibly the best massage ever! I forget the name of my provider, but she was fantastic. The room where you can relax before/ after your treatment is great – it’s quiet and there is tea, water, granola mix, and fresh fruit. The staff was all very helpful and friendly. The only bothersome part of the experience was how crowded the ritual baths and sauna were. It was a Saturday and the baths are accessible to anyone receiving a treatment. People also have the option to just buy access to the baths, which made it very crowded and very loud as it was a bunch of groups of women just looking to hang out. Not quite ideal for those of us looking to relax at the spa. I didn’t get the chance to try the cold bath because it was too crowded. But a nice experience otherwise.

I’ve been to the spa twice for a weekend getaway and each time did a massage. Both therapists were wonderful. The whole experience with the baths before is kind of different, but I enjoyed it more the second time around.

I’m so disappointed in this resort! My friend and I, who are both nurses who have been working through the pandemic, had spa appointments booked for tomorrow. We traveled to Bedford in preparation for our appointments, then we got a call from the spa manager. She was calling to cancel our appointments because we are frontline workers. Nowhere on their site does it say frontline workers are not welcome, nor were we told that during our screening call days prior. I am a regular customer of the spa and can not believe this is how we are being treated. This is unacceptable.

This is an incredibly classy experience. From someone who has never experienced treatment like this before, never even had a massage, or been in a building like the springs… it’s something to be amazed by. It’s a shame some folks would take this for granted.
