What a GEM of a place! The mere ambiance is enough to be relaxing. Superfantastic Staff. Process was easy to pay and get into hot tub. Staff directs you to room and educates if need be. You have closed roofs,partial roofs, and open roofs. You’re able to purchase water, snacks, get a towel if you didn’t remember to bring one. I do caution; don’t just SHOW UP when it’s cold outside and expect to get into one. I recommend calling ahead of time and scheduling your relaxation. Will DEFINETLY BE BACK!

Normally very happy. This time the tub was obviously dirty and the water was not clear. Might not be returning. Onsen is more expensive but the tubs are always clean.

It’s cool. They have radios in the rooms and blue lights for the night time. Temps on tubs can be adjusted, and some are cooler for youngers, so ask about turning it up when you book your reservation.
