Like many, I didn’t like the customer service. The gentleman has more customer service skills than all of the women. My nails were mediocre. I paid 89 for a spa pedicure/manicure. Nothing about the experience was spa-like. No massages etc. I only saw one customer get a massage and she did not look like the rest of us, if you know what I mean. I didn’t see any cleaning of tools with anything besides water. The woman shoved the chair back when it was time for my brow wax. No asking how I wanted them or anything. I only gave 3 stars because I loved my eyebrows and that’s hard to find. But not enough to make me return for anything other than a wax.

If I could give zero stars I would. I got a pedicure and acrylics with dip powder. The pedicure was below basic I didn’t even get a topcoat put on my nails. The dip color did not match my toes whatsoever when I was told they have the same color that they did on my toes in dip. Every single now was crooked I had to tell the man that did my nails five different times that they were all crooked for him to fix them. This then made my nails short little square stubs. After filing the dip powder off my nails it’s leaving it an off color more pink in certain spots and more washed away in certain spots. I paid extra to have a manicure done to get my cuticles removed and I still have cuticles all around my fingers. My baby shower is tomorrow and I just wanted pretty nails for one day. I wish I could rip them all off. With all this being said I will not be returning to this establishment.

I hate to be leaving this cause Springfield has always done so good for a good price but this was my first time back in months and i’m so disappointed. Not enough coats, she kept yanking my fingers and was pretty rude, did not get the extra acrylic from under the tips, got glue ALL over my fingers and my pointer finger was so crooked. I asked her to fix it and she said yes and never did.

First and foremost: Amy and Andy, the owners are wonderful hardworking and honest people. I have known them for years and I enjoy going to their nail salon. I love getting pedicures and Amy waxes my eyebrows perfectly! The staff are also very kind.

I’m reading all of these negative reviews and I felt inclined to share my story as well. I had a basic manicure done by Hannah yesterday (11/3/22). The manicure looked great until I went to nail dryer and realized each finger had multiple air bubbles on them. She attempted to fix them, which I appreciate, but the air bubbles were still very obvious. When I went up to the register to pay, I explained to the owner that although Hannah tried to fix my nails, the air bubbles were still there and I didn’t like how it looked (who would)? She became very defensive and demanded that I pick another color so they could do another manicure. I explained to her that I didn’t have the time to do so. She suggested putting another coat on, which I let her do. Still air bubbles (they don’t just go away on their own – you’d think a nail technician would know this)! She then became very irate and said “you’re not walking out of here without paying.” Never once did I suggest that I wouldn’t be paying for the service. She then grabbed my hands and started taking the color off with acetone nail polish remover. My fingers were burning the whole time. I paid $15 and left… never to return to such an awful establishment again. I write this to forewarn future customers from going here because there are plenty of other nail salons with friendly technicians who know what they’re doing.

I returned and she cleaned them but I just decided to go with a gloss nail instead. She adjusted it without a problem. Soon as I walked in I was serviced. Lee really took her time and made sure each step I was comfortable with because I was unsure what I really wanted. I had shown her a picture of matte pink nails and she did mine the same way. I loved it. I left for a mall run for like 2 hours, once I got out I noticed the matte got dirty and didn’t wash off when I washed my hands. I liked it here enough, but unfortunately I dont think I’ll be headed back any time soon. I rarely get pedicures but got one for an event I was going to. I was offput to find there are no liners used on the pedicure bowls and the cleaning of them was more of just a wipe down than an actual sanitation. I just removed the polish to find my I definitely have a toenail fungus. Wish I could say it wasn’t from here, but disappointed to say the least.
