Shoddy job done. Lumpy, Just a poor job for all the money paid. Treated like a fool; told it is the top coat. I normally do my own manicure, i cpuld have done a better job! I am very angry. That is the last time I am going there.

I love Spring Nails and Spa. Tracy and Kevin are awesome. Perfect place for the SNS powder nails. They last 3 – 4 weeks. I just had line done last week and I broke one today. I dropped by and said help I have a nail emergency, Tracy immediately fixed my nail and thank goodness Kevin remembered I had #17 on. They truly make you’ll feel like they care, very personable, just awesome!

i went to get a gel manicure. the minute i walked in i asked how much for it and the guy said $25 so i said okay, they attended me and wrapped my nails with nail polish remover and the aluminum foil. they had me there for 30 minutes and we’re not able to take the polish off. i specially asked how much longer and she said 5 minutes. i had to be at work by 6 and they were aware of that as well. they kept complaining so not just one person worked on my nails but three. the lady who painted my nails did a horrible job. my nails look patchy and she was rushing and my gel manicure is all sloppy. when the time came she said my total was $35. i questioned why he said $25 and immediately yelled he said $35. they then got agitated and started saying they can take the polish off. and if i wasn’t rushing then they would’ve done a better job. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. $35 TO WASTE.

I’ve been coming her for awhile now and I love it. Its a hidden gem of a salon. I get the gel powder done and Kevin is fabulous. My nails always look great and lots of colors to choose from. Everyone here is very sweet.

Here is my sister’s nail home. I also sometimes get my powder nails done here. The staffs are skilled and friendly. The price is relatively low in comparison to other nail spa in Leesburg. If you don’t know this place, you should definitely have a try today.

Today was my first time at this salon; my daughter and I had our nails/toes done. No complaints on the pedicure however my nails are not looking good at all. I usually do tips with dipping powder – but I went with gel and wanted a French look with glitter. I asked if they can do gel French look and they said yes. I picked a color and proceeded. Well when they applied the color it looked ok but the polish was thick on the corners (looked all bubbly on the sides) – caused the nails to look fat/wide. I asked them to correct the issue – they appreared irritated and told me to wait!!! Ummm…why would I have to wait for you to fix the issues with my nails? Why am I not important as your next? They fixed it quickly and made me feel uncomfortable. I’m paid and even left a tip…just to get out of there. I’m not happy with my nails and will have to go to another salon to get the polish redone! Never going back.

Let me start by saying staff is very rude and on top of rude they aren’t as clean as they should be ! Kevin started my nails and Front desk lady took over . Didn’t speak came over took a seat and said what color you do? She painted my nails and sent me to dryer , Came over 10mins later TOUCHED my nails and said they are dry you can go. I got up and left I seen smudge nails but the polish was dry that tells me that the polish is old ! I go back very nicely even tho they took more off my card than expected I let that go, walk in and explain my nails are dry but polish has left smudges. SHE YELLS NO MONEY BACK NO I DID NAIL YOU MESS UP NO MONEY BACK I never asked for money back I asked for the polish to be removed! After she said get polish repainted that’s all I do for you. Still yelling at me in front of customers in salon! I can honestly say I will make sure this place gets no more of my money fam or friends money ever again as long as they are open which won’t be for long !! Oh and let me say they did someone’s feet and used the supplies for the feet off the floor ! I’ve seen it all never again. Her name is Gina rude, inconsistent and very unprofessional!

The people are very nice and talented at their job. The inside looks much better than u would have originally thought. Prices are lower than I’m used to as well. For example just regular color is $8 dollars and acrylic is $28! Great first visit. I’ll come again soon.
