Horrible. I used to go here a few years ago and switched nail salons, recently wanted to give them a try again bc my nail salon was closed. I got SNS powder and 4 of my nails chipped within a week of getting them done doing literally nothing. My SNS manicures have never chipped so much in my life and my cuticles are looking horrible after my manicure.

One word, awful. Garbage service I just wanted a regular pedicure and she said we don’t have any regular only the 39$ and up which comes with callus remover. I said I wanted a regular one and she gave me some random one and tried to make me pay more money for stuff I didn’t even ask for. Pedicure

I wouldn’t recommend this place , I don’t like there attitudes. And it shows while there doing there work. I work with individuals with disabilities and everytime I bring my two girls here there’s a issue . This will be my last time coming here . I scheduled a appointment for 12pm for two gel manicure and one pedicure . The lady told me after doing the first set that she couldn’t do the second set gel only regular polish because she didn’t have time . But I’m like no I made a appointment so that’s what I’m getting it’s not my fault you don’t have time you shouldn’t have took the appointment if you didn’t have time. Then she made me pay before serviced which I have never experienced before. I don’t appreciate this . And not to mention two ladies walked in 30 minutes after me and got there feet done as if I wasn’t waiting around for some to do my pedicure. But it’s ok customer service is awful.

i have been going to this salon for years! i moved out of yorktown to white plains and i still travel there to get my SNS. GREAT quality, and they last a long time. i never request a specific person to do my nails because they are all fantastic. 5/5!!
