I have been going to this shop since it opened. Service is always great. I go to Susan mostly, but no matter which nail tech does my nails the quality is always consistent! Sometimes I like simple short classy nails but sometimes I want long with designs and such. Every time each look is executed perfectly and is exactly what I ask for. You will get bomb Instagram quality nails for a decent price. Pedicures are amazing as well. I would highly recommend Spring Nails!

Rosie did such a beautiful job on my nails. She is also so sweet and went out of her way to find me the perfect color. Prices are great. They use bags for the pedicures to ensure a clean basin. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Just recently went in request a style that is easy to do but takes more time. Two people constantly repeating to me that they don’t do the style. But when they started going back and forth to each other they kept saying it would take a lot of time. After repeating herself three times another lady comes up and starts repeating themselves. It’s like mama I am not deaf but I hear you telling me one thing and then saying another to your coworker. Honestly I just wanted clarity on wether they actually couldn’t do it or they didn’t have the time to do it. I would have scheduled for a different day if it was a time issue overall unprofessional and the style I wanted is no where near as intricate and the pictures they have on here. Never coming back, due to this. Maybe they treat longtime customers differently. But this is my second time coming here and every time they have made me feel uncomfortable an complain about the style.
