This location of Spring Nails, 52 North Main Street, Spring Valley NY was the WORST experience I have ever had!.First the baby that just woke up from her nap was placed in the walker and is now scooting around grabbing everything from the pedicure table given nail polish bottles to play with. The baby bumped into a folding chair that was against the wall and fell on her. Not certain who the mother was however everyone jumped.
