This was my first ever massage and it was the worst experience and I’m so disappointed. The woman who massaged me caused me a lot of pain and discomfort. I thought massages were supposed to be relaxing? She used her arms for most of it and would rest one of her hands on my hip bone which hurt. She didn’t do a full 30 minutes either.

This was the most painful massage I have ever received. She was so rough I couldn’t breathe or relax through any of it. She ask if I was okay and I said it hurt so she said “okay you like medium” it was still painful. My husband enjoyed his massage which is the only reason I am giving 2 stars.

Seemingly friendly group of people here but there is a language barrier. It was very difficult to explain injury locations or amount of pressure to avoid pain. If I graded the massage it would be a 5 out of 10 due to inconsistent pressure or too much pressure that was painful. Also, we were not fond of the badgering for a tip increase despite our tip being substantial. Please do not to insist people to increase their tip, especially when they already have included one. That’s unprofessional and will not help retain business.

This is the best massage I have found in NWA. The place is clean and cozy inside. The massage rooms are clean and quiet. I try to go at least once a month. Seriously the best massage – they get in there! My neck and back have gotten so much better. They really take time on your trouble spots. A 90 minute massage makes me feel so much better!

Not only were they able to get me in same day, I had the absolute best 90 minute massage in a very long time. The oil ans lotion used frels amazing in the skin adding hot stones takes an already great massage to the next level! Ella is amazing and I highly recommend her and this studio! They deserve ALL the business! Book a massage with then and you won’t be disappointed! I’m definitely a repeat customer.

The massage therapist I was paired with used her arm to rub my back, and she kept rubbing my spine with her elbow. Because she couldn’t speak English, she also wasn’t able to understand when I told her she was rubbing against my spine and hurting me. Finally, I settled for telling her to do less pressure, which she was able to use her phone to interpret. Unfortunately, while that didn’t result in pain anymore, it also didn’t get rid of the soreness that I came in to have worked out. She insisted that I give her a minimum of a $10 tip, which I didn’t feel was deserved under the circumstances, but I paid it because I also worried whether management pays her much of anything; she did thank me profusely for it.
