Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThey keep your change without asking and they demand a tip even after having kept the change. I was there last week and they kept my change. After a few minutes of waiting, it became noticeable that the man at the counter had no intention of returning what I was supposed to get back. By then it just felt awkward and I decided not to make a big deal out of it. Before any of that happened, I had already scheduled an appointment for today. I showed up thinking things would be different. In the end the same man tried doing the same thing he did last week then asked if I was going to leave a tip. I said he kept the change that I was supposed to get back therefore that was the tip. He said “ok” then said something in a different language to the lady that gave the massage. The lady runs out to my car and starts demanding a tip. I told her the same thing I had said to the man at the counter but she wouldn’t leave me alone so I gave her $5 more. Apparently that wasn’t good enough based on the look she gave me followed by remarks that I couldn’t understand. Totally rude and uncalled for. They keep your change without asking and they demand a tip even after having kept the change. I was there last week and they kept my change. After a few minutes of waiting, it became noticeable that the man at the counter had no intention of returning what I was supposed to get back.
