Groupon: I got online to make appt…2wks…I called to see if any earlier she took me right in (i got lucky, she’s pretty busy) I love my haircut, did exactly what i was looking for. Totally listened and even was happy to fix any concerns. I will be back. Did my coloring just as i wanted it……love it. Her assistant Coy is well versed with holistic medicine. Nice bonus to get advice from (ya know if the timing is right) she is the masseuse here.

First, I’d like to start with the positive: my nail tech was the sweetest, calmest, most sincere woman. I can tell she really tried her best which is why I’ve waited so long to write this review, but holy moly this was the worst mani/pedi I’ve ever seen and I will never return. I bought their groupon for a shellac mani, basic pedi back in march. First off, i noticed that the majority of their products were drug store brands, the chairs were simple computer desk chairs, and the foot bath was one of those at home plug in kinds with plastic wrap draped in it – not the most professional.. For the pedicure, she used a top coat as base coat, one coat of polish, and then no top coat at all. Next we went to her desk for the mani. I ended up getting my 4th color choice applied to my nails as she wasn’t able to find the first 3 I picked. After more than 2 hours I left with a splotchy, uneven shellac manicure that had effectively glued all of my fingernails to my nail beds. I think the worst part of all was that instead of pushing back and trimming my cuticles like a civilized person, she PEELED them, leaving me with several painful splits in my nail beds. I left exhausted, bloodied, and thoroughly disappointed. Attaching pictures so you can relive my horror. As I was leaving, she did offer to redo then if they lifted quickly (they lifted within 24 hrs) but the thought of spending another 2 hours in a stiff desk chair was so unappealing, I decided I’d rather eat the $60.

The stylists at Spotlight Salon are amazing they listen to your needs and do exactly what you asked. There is also a massage therapist by the name of coy she has the perfect touch for all that ails you. Competitive pricing and an all-around fun atmosphere I highly recommend.

I had Mink lashes applied here. I have very sensitive eyes and had a bad reaction in the past with another experience. They have sensitive eye adhesive to accommodate everyone. They are beautiful, natural, and I had absolutely not irritation.

I got a Groupon for minx eyelash extensions and they worked really hard and were very polite and informative. I did not personally like how they looked on me but they put a lot of effort into them and other people liked them.

I got a groupon for my friend and myself to get shellac on our nails. It said the nail technicians were professional nail technicians. The complete opposite. The polish does not go all the way to my cuticles, it took the lady an hour for each my friend and me. The polish is uneven and there were only 5 selections of colors; 2 pinks (very similar), orange, a blue/green, and a nude. Not only does the polish not go to my cuticles, there is polish all over my fingers and it is lumpy. I went there today and the shellac is already peeling when it should last 2-3 weeks. My friend and I are very unsatisfied and will not be back and do not recommend this to anyone
