Almost all of the stylist at this place are great. I’ve tried them all and only one is below excellence. Sorry, can’t mention my favorite because she’s so booked, now I have to wait to get a hair cut with her. It’s worth the wait. The prices are fair and they do good work. My daughter likes to come here to hair style for a formal (appointment only). My wife is also a regular.

Every time there’s a new person to try their hands on you . They ll change your hair color , hair cut according to themselves and still ask you confidently if it’s okay . They ll also blow dry your hair and ask for extra 10$ . No body minds paying but only if one is fully satisfied.

Win Lu or Lu has HORRIBLE customer service skills. Major attitude and condescending tone when talking back to customers. Not sure if that is really her name since she refused to turn around and give it to me. I have never experienced such thing in the 6 months I’ve been taking my boys there. Judging by your attitude I know you will not care but Spotlight Salon lost 3 customers today.

In reference to the review on “pang” to mama j McCarthy, I’m sorry you felt as though I was confused with your hair? and the rude demeanor? That wasn’t my intentions, my sincerest apologies. I was recommended to you by my co workers to work on your hair because they knew I could do the job without a problem. You came in with chunky caramel highlights wanting to go silver all over, we discussed what the possiblitlites were and you agreed to proceed knowing you may NOT achieve silver in one sitting. Yes, you didnt achieve “silver” but it turned out better than you expected as you stated when you got out from my chair, not once did you mention you weren’t satisfied, you gladly paid and tipped. A week later you called to say your hair faded and yes i did tell you that those light ashy tones fade quick and yes that if you were to come in I’d have to charge you. You were unhappy and said you will call kim, she hasn’t gotten a call from you. Kim is aware of this issue so if you would like, please call the shop so we can discuss/fix the issue. Thank you

Can’t complain about the prices. Staff is friendly and interpersonal as they should be. They all give great cuts. However, if you are a male I recommend you see Jimmy. Dope guy, he’ll hook it up
