DON’T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!! I used to really like this place and go there all the time for my nails and eyebrow waxing. In the last several months their customer service has really gone downhill. They are very rude and impersonal now, they didn’t used to be like that. Im not sure what changed them, but everyone in there just seems so miserable and like they hate their job now. They messed up my nails twice and once I went back to get them fixed, and they have been rude towards me ever since. I stopped going there for my nails because of it. And just kept going for my eyebrows. But I guess they’re mad that I don’t go for my nails anymore, so they refuse to service me at all. And im a great tipper, so it just doesnt make sense why they would push customers away. The last 3 times I have gone in and asked to get my eyebrows done they have very rudely told me to wait, and each time I waited more than 15 minutes for a 2 minute, $8 job, not to even be acknowledged again, while there are workers just sitting around doing nothing each time! Ridiculous!! I don’t know why I even kept going back to give them more chances. Never again

This will be a good place to get your nails done but they’re not friendly they’re rude every time I go the prices is different that’s why I try to keep up with the prices always make an appointment my only thing is get me in and get me out they do all that talking among themselves and their type of language I feel like they’re talking about me but oh well they are very slow I always make an appointment on my nail tech is Lynn she’s very good at what she does but she talks too much I want to get in and get out but she does a great job

DO NOT RECOMMEND if unless you want ugly nails and get ripped off!!! Rude workers, unsanitary stations, and made me wait 3-4 hr for a PEDICURE that was $45. The pedicure was very ugly and left cuts on my foot. Will never come here again.

I gave them three stars because on both visits they were fast and courteous. My first time I paid $28 for a full set (Saturday) Today (Tuesday) my fill in was the same price he said it was b/c of the gel polish I’m still trying to understand how the price jumped $18! This week I took my elderly mother to this place. She has been a customer for over 25yrs. When it came time for her to choose a color we couldn’t find one. But the owner replied she had. But we didn’t see it. So the owner replied she may have put it in her purse. But my mother thoughts kick in and she got up and went to Jimmy Station and picked it up right behind him where she left it. You would have thought he would apologize to my 80yr old mother. But he did tell me I don’t never have to come back. He then replied I could leave. But I’ll never take her back again .Sir you were so very rude, Assnine is the best word for you Sir !!!!!!

They had alot of people and they were very slow there were atleast six people there when i arived and after i left 3 of them were still there.They took a very long time to do my nails but in the end i loved my nails,So its worth it but you might want to nake an appointment ahead of time.

prices always change especially if someone else does your nails , I’ll pay $30 w jimmy and the next two weeks I have to pay $60 ? Like for reals ? Just because Jimmy is off on Sundays,like How tf $30 goes to $60?
