Critical: QualityI had to wait outside which was fine. When the person cutting your hair asks you whether they should use clippers or not you should know it’s going to be bad. Part of the top of my hair is sticking up, part of it lays down. On my left hand side of my head I have gash cut out with the clippers because it seems like she did not know how to layer with scissors. I still tipped $6, no shampoo no nothing just wanted to leave.I had to wait outside which was fine. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityWalked in and signed in was “SUPPOSED” to be next in line.. Covid protocols are in place which is fine i have no problem with that. But 45 minute later i walk back in to see three different people in chairs getting there hair cut. I guess the sign in and wait in your car protocols didn’t apply today.
