If you are in need of a great haircut in a wonderful environment then Sports Talk is where it’s at! I called Keith Amos, Master Barber and Owner of Sports Talk, on a Friday afternoon and received an immediate invitation to walk in for my requested service. Anyone who knows anything about needing a hair service on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday understands how difficult it is to get a stylist or Barber on the phone much less a same day service. It’s next to impossible. However, this was not the case at this establishment! I was told that there was a Barber with an immediate opening so I rushed right over with excitement and a photo of my desired style. As a woman entering a predominantly male environment, I had some apprehensions about going to a barbershop (have had some bad experiences) but was pleasantly surprised and relieved by the warm reception I got when I arrived. At the time of my arrival, there were three woman waiting for service from Keith and a female Barber available to provide service for me. Unfortunately, due to the detail in the style I was requesting, she advised me that she would be more comfortable referring me to Keith instead. I appreciated that a great deal! It proved that customer satisfaction as well as service is a high priority for them. I ended up waiting a little while for Keith to cut my hair but I had a ball doing so. The conversations were both humorous and informative and provided the opportunity to get to know those around you. That may not be a big deal to some but in these difficult times when people barely speak to one another, it’s a big deal for me! On top of all that, my haircut and detailed design look amazing and the price was beyond reasonable! I will definitely be going back for my haircuts and recommend Sports Talk Barbershop to anyone else in need of 5 star service!

Love the atmosphere and customer service of this establishment. Not only is it a barbershop but this place have the best braided in Columbia. My girl Ann hooks me up everytime with the knotless braids. She fast, affordable, professional and keeps my braids neat and clean. I’m a stickler for my parts being even and my braids being the same size throughout my head and she always gets the job done perfectly! No complaints.

this place was great – my son is still learning the kind of haircuts that he likes, and the one we got here was a little shorter than he would’ve liked, but again he is learning about how he likes his hair – the service and the staff were absolutely fantastic… we will be coming back

We were driving by and needed a haircut. All our usual places unavailable. My teen needed a military JROTC cut for class tomorrow and my man needed haircut, eye brow, and beard done.
