This is the type of place where you can just lay down, relax and receive actual, long-lasting results.When I started visiting Lucia, I wasn’t able to work out upper body due to a shoulder injury I suffered almost a year prior. Despite rehab and visiting other massage therapists, I was unable to work out for more than a month without the injury flaring up. Within a few weeks of working with Lucia, my pain completely went away, and I eventually progressed to working out twice a day, 5 days a week, for a year straight. Lucia was very kind and also good at explaining the problem areas that I was having and she tackled them well. I’ve been to many massage therapists over the years and she is unmatched. 11/10 would recommended. So today was my first time and I feel 1000% better than when I initially came in. Lucia was very kind and also good at explaining the problem areas that I was having and she tackled them well. I’ve been to many massage therapists over the years and she is unmatched. 11/10 would recommended. If you’re looking for actual results in pain reduction and not your average “relaxation” massage, this is the place to go.

Being able to stay healthy and recover optimally allows one to perform at the highest level consistently. I asked Lucia to perform just a broad fully body sport massage and although we weren’t able to cover everything, it was because she focused on areas that I needed great focus on such as previous injuries or muscles that needed to be loosened. Seemingly, she knew my body better than I knew myself and even gave me insight as to how I should be foam rolling, releasing tension, etc. Not only is she well knowledgeable but she is also passionate in her work with experience of over 22 years. I asked Lucia to perform just a broad fully body sport massage and although we weren’t able to cover everything, it was because she focused on areas that I needed great focus on such as previous injuries or muscles that needed to be loosened.
