Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI don’t usually leave reviews but this was certainly a very unpleasant experience. They used dirty/used tools and towels, there’s no attempt to clean the foot baths, my pedicure turned out ok but my manicure is a nightmare. The attempt at nail art (a single small heart on each of my ring fingers that looks more like crooked Micky mouse ears) was just sad, my nails are crooked, different lengths, and they charged crazy prices even though they destroyed my hands. It was horrible. I don’t usually leave reviews but this was certainly a very unpleasant experience. They used dirty/used tools and towels, there’s no attempt to clean the foot baths, my pedicure turned out ok but my manicure is a nightmare. They are thicker than a brick and half of them are my old nails when I wanted a new set and got charged a new set price. The place was not clean, it was extremely hot in there and they only had two people staffed on a Friday evening. The lady rushed through to finish my nails and they are atrocious. This was the absolute worst nail experience ever. I was there forever, grimacing through pain half the time, and my nails came out absolutely awful. They are thicker than a brick and half of them are my old nails when I wanted a new set and got charged a new set price. Even though they can be super busy, they always move through the line super quickly and efficiently and offer to let you write your name down and come back later but keep your place in line.They are quick, professional, and do an amazing job! Honestly I am super hard on my hands and feet but feel SO much better the second I sit in their chairs!Oh and I almost forgot! Their prices are SOOOO reasonable! Its the cheapest way to get to feel like you spent the day at the spa but it only takes an hour at most and doesn’t cost near what other salons charge!Services: Manicure, PedicureThis is THE BEST salon around.
