I have not been getting my nails done the past few months , I had called and set an apt the other day and Ryan put me down for 2pm that same day, while I was getting ready to head that way he Texed me and said that since I miss my apt 6 months ago that his wife is mad at me and she said she refuses to do my nails. He was so rude. I have been going there for business for a year . I missed one and that’s how I was treated. He was so ugly , rude and disrespectful. Not to include many times I was in the salon getting nails done and someone came in to get service and he was just flat out rude to them. He talks to women awful! I will never go back or want to support a man who treats women so awful.

I called made an appointment to get a pedicure I was school shopping in canton just lost track of time so the owner called and said it’s 2 o’clock where are you I explained that I was right down the street I was on my way and that I apologized I would have made it in 5 minutes . I understand that he only take appointments. I was very apologetic until he started talking to me very rudely remind you not I’ve been here numerous times and I loved my experience here but after the way he talked to me today I will never ever give this man my money again. He talked so bad that I just hung up I could not believe anybody would go off on a customer the way this man did me I’m a manager as well but there is a way that you talk to people even if it is your business you can still turn someone away or explain to them in a very professional way what your wanting them to know
