Kori is amazing! My boyfriend goes here and so I brought my little boy for a free first cut and was super impressed! He has always been scared of haircuts because of the loud buzzers but there was just something about Kori that kept him calm! He sat on my lap and got suckers and we both left more than happy! I look forward to my trips to Sports Clips. I was initially hesitant to make them “my place” because they’re a little more expensive so I’d rotate. I found that they are the most consistent place to go. The MVP is always a nice way to relax. I can’t help but run into the Starbucks and Gamestop they are connected to afterwards to finish off the trip. Fun time and great job.

Abusive towards staff and cares about nothing but $$$. I’d recommend going anywhere else ☺️ not that you can go there anyway because the entire staff walked out due to how she treated us. Edit: To be noted: she believes it to be appropriate to harass her staff for a doctor’s note 3 days after giving birth, literally the moment I got home from the hospital, as if I was lying about my pregnancy. She also finds it appropriate to hire in brand new stylists’ at more on the hour than she paid current employees who have worked for her 2-3 years. So yeah, call me disgruntled if you want. Doesn’t matter to me. I’m just glad to be working somewhere that I enjoy now and doesn’t treat me as disposable.

They can’t make appointments over the phone, so you either walk in and wait, or you’re forced to create an account and make the appointment online. Either way, there’s ALWAYS a 30-minute wait, even when there’s 3 employees present and no other customers. The inability to make phone appointments and the 30-minute wait are both very annoying. The haircut quality is the same as every other cookie-cutter barber shop/salon… decent and priced fairly. The employees are always nice, too.

Unprofessional. Make appointments and they still make you wait 45min multiple times. I thought the point of an appointment was a specific time to get service.
