Arrived as a walk in with my teens around 4 and was ranked 10th and 11th…which is understandable. Then the gal calls out 9 names or so, which to our surprise none were there…so one of my teens is up quickly next. Found out later this stylist asked if he was alone or with another and my son said his brother is right after him for a cut. From the time he was done a swarm of people previously called walked in. Instead of cutting my other son’s hair real quick…we sat there for over an hour waiting for his name to be called which split our party. I would not have done this had they warned me this could happen. These ladies may be really nice but they also talk at you without getting your attention.. in an irritated matter /loud voice which is awkward. Lastly one family came in with someone wearing a crop top which no one cared about until the employee loudly announced some kind of full shirt policy. Made things weird and felt bad for the girl they called out. Felt it was unnecessary. I did tip btw because I’m not a jerk but the service is just overall not that great.

When I arrived at 5:49 (they close at 6) I asked if it was okay to bring my 3 year old son to get a hair cut really quick. My husband and I both work full time and my son loves his hair cuts and was due for one before summer. There were two girls available and when I asked if they had time to cut his hair she said “well what time is it?” And I said 5:49 and that it would be quick he is very good and sits still. She responded with “well we close at 6, so if we do take him just know that you will be keeping us here past close so as long as you are okay with that, we can’t say no.” I asked if they had any plans that they needed to rush to do after work or anything and wanted to be respectful of them closing soon and she just repeated that we’d be keeping her past close and that they can’t say no. At that point I was pretty hesitant on staying or not and she walked away and came back, seen that I was hesitant and told me to just check him in. I had already told him he was getting a hair cut and brought him in because I obviously didn’t want him having a melt down about it. She was very nice to my son and did a great job. I really just can’t get over the fact that she put it on me that we would be keeping her there past close and that she can’t say no. I would have definitely kept that information to myself and would never say that to anyone and make them feel uncomfortable. We got out of there at 6:04 pm and my son was very well behaved. We still tipped 50% like we always do. I’m not sure if I would return due to her attitude. For a $26 haircut with out tip, I would expect to be treated with respect from the get go.

Sports clips is a terrible place to get your haircut from. They only know how to give old men and 40 year old whites guys haircuts. My friend asked for a hard part and they ruined his whole cut. They cut my hair one time and it took years to grow back what they messed up. DO NOT GO HERE

Absolutely nice place. Usually busy but I came in on a not busy time and the staff were very effective and provided wonderful service of a good haircut and a hot towel treatment with a massage chair. Absolutely felt like a new me, and it was cheap too. I will be coming back here again for sure. Haircut

Kate did an excellent job on my haircut after two years during the Pandemic. The only issue had to do with cost of the service. Originally, I checked online for the cost of a haircut only for a senior over 55, which was $17. When I arrived all the costs had been changed and it was now $24 for a senior haircut. Also, the age had been changed to 60 or older. It didn’t affect me though because I am 74. After the cut, my bill was $25 after a military veteran’s discount of $2. I know I should have questioned the amount at the time of checkout, but I didn’t. When I got home, I looked further at the receipt and realized that Kate may have charged me for a regular haircut and did not give me the senior discount. I am sure this was just a simple error, but I hope she gives me a further discount if I return for services.

Worse place ever they way over priced for just a hair cut. A lady named Trish cut my husband hair when I got home and saw it his fade was not right he had a major lined all the way around his head. I had to fix his fade my self. I would suggest going to Gre8cuts they at least know what there doing. Haircut
