I’m going to need the old lady named Tammy to calm down. She needs to stay in her lane and learn to mind her own business. Your rude comment was unnecessary and not appreciated…. And then you want to sit there and argue with me, in the front of the store,(with customers waiting) about something that you don’t even know what you’re talking about to begin with. Then, my son gets in the car and started crying saying you hurt him while cutting his hair. He’s 8 years old and has had several haircuts and NEVER have I had this problem. Went in this morning just after opening time and asked for a very simple haircut, 2 on the sides and a small trim on top, left with the worst haircut i had ever gotten, i get home and look in the mirror and see my sideburns are uneven by almost an inch (physically measured them), and almost 4 inches of hair had been cut from my bangs, i was going to say something but after the bangs were cut it was too late, had to even out the rest. the back of my hair was lopsided and I couldn’t tell at the time bc my hair was soaking wet and once dry it was as if one side had not even been cut. It felt as if my hair was cut without even looking at it. I have senior pictures tomorrow and my hair is now the worst its been in years. Thank you sports clips

My husband enjoys going here, but after he took my son today. I’m very disappointed. Whoever it was that cut my son’s hair shouldnt be allowed to cut hair. My 3 year old daughter could have done a better job. To top it off my husband said something, but was told he had to wait to get it fixed. Sorry but if it’s your mistake you can fix it right there. If it was me that were there, I wouldn’t have taken the credit, I would have wanted my money back and for someone to fix his hair. You shouldnt let someone leave your establishment with a hack job and expect them to come back.
