Terrible customer service. I checked in 40 minutes before closing and when I got to the Sport Clips, the doors were locked even though my name was up on the screen. The two ladies working in the Woodland location decided they wanted to leave 30 minutes early so they wouldn’t be able to give me a haircut. They didn’t give me a call to tell me they were closing early instead they saw my name on the board knowing I was up to bat and just let me drive down wasting my time and gas so they could tell me at the door that they were sorry but they decided to close early. Worst customer service period. Just brutal. Can’t count on Sport Clips Woodland if you’re going to a function and need your hair cut. They’ll deny you and send you on your way. Time to find somewhere else to get my hair cut.

Scheduling, convenience, cleanliness etc were all perfect. The only complaint i have is it was the second worst haircut ive ever had. Went home and shaved my head. But if bad haircuts dont bother you this is an alright spot.

Unacceptable service and quality. My husband came back from a haircut. Apparently he’d told his hairdresser, Katie, he wanted a certain style. She shaved off a huge chunk to my husband’s horror. When he tried to clarify, she got defensive. How is that ok? So now, his hair is literally all hacked up…my 4 year old would have had more finesse, honestly, this cut is atrocious. So he basically has to wear a hat until it grows out. Never letting him go back here. Do better, Sports Clips.
