I signed up online for the service, showed up at my estimated arrival time. They told me it would be another hour, I was very confused as to why my estimated arrival time was an hour off. They told me I had to wait for my text to show up. I started doing errands to pass the next hour, I got a text within 20 minutes to arrive within the next 15 minutes. I was in the middle of eating lunch and rushed out to show up on time. I showed up within 20 minutes and was told they were still not ready to just wait. I sat and waited another 15 minutes. I asked why the app would send me a message to show up if I still had to wait. The manager told me they didn’t want to get into it with me with a very horrible ton. Saying that I have complaining about it for the last hour. When I was only there for 20 minutes and didn’t say anything was just very confused and upset. I got more upset at this horrible treatment and asked for the district managers number and the manager just stared at me and didn’t say anything. They essentially told me i had no right to be upset after they started treating me badly. I was now very upset at this point and had to leave as they were also throwing me out for asking why the app gave me the wrong info on when to show up. Warning to anyone with a mental health condition do not come to this place. If you show any emotional response they treat you even worse.

Consistently not getting a good experience. Everytime I come in I feel like a bad person when the team members ask if I checked in online and then tell me it’s a crazy long wait, as if to discourage me from staying. Just tried to come in again and was asked the same, to which I replied no and was told sorry were booked up for the day. At 3pm on a Monday.
