Rashida was my stylist but more importantly she acts like a friend. When I called to set up an appointment she answered and confirmed that she was my stylist and this is how awesome she is, her remembered me and that I am disabled. When I got there my wait was less than 5 minutes and then, I got up and using my walker with my head bent over, I moved over to her chair and she helped me get over to it and she remembered the cut I had and she gave me a great cut! ♂️

Went here on friday and it ruined my whole weekend. The undercut line was not straight and sideburns were very uneven. She also cut the rest of my hair way too short so there’s no way to salvage it. By far the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my entire life. Two stars because she was at least friendly.

I actually really liked my haircut – was efficient and well done. Why three stars? Because when I went to check out, the minimum tip recommendation on a $30 cut was $7 (about 23%). I basically tip 20% wherever I go. I have never seen the minimum recommended tip be above 20%. I realize that I can just do the “custom tip” option, but it’s just awkward and is intended to make me feel cheap.

The lady here butchered my hair. I showed pictures that very clearly showed leaving a lot of hair on top and not blending it in, but she started blending on her own and it was too late to stop. She also seemed very confused when I told her she didn’t line up both of my sideburns. Would never go to this location again and hope none of you will either, if not for this for you hair’s sake.

The hairdresser Tatiana was provided lousy service. She was not friendly. She was upset that I recommended how I wanted to cut my hair. She was keeping say that she knows better as she is professional. And during the haircut, I was feeling her upsetness and I was feeling myself uncomfortable. She did not trim me well. I can not recommend her if you looking nice haircut.
