Sports Clips always delivers! Ask for Tamika as she is a superb stylist. Within minutes, you will know that she excels at customer service and recognizing best style/cut options given the customer’s hair and desires. Let me stress that her customer service was exceptional. My appointment was last afternoon and approaching closing time. Tamika did not rush me, discussed style options, and took her time. To add, she was very engaging as our conversation spanned many topics and she never rushed my experience regardless of the time. The result was another great experience at Sports Clips. Tamika is a true professional. She provided outstanding service that is very personal and important to me and the many clients that patron her shop. I look forward to my next cut!

Didn’t feel terribly welcome and haircut was more of a cleanup/quick trim, but that may be because I had a coupon (I was in and out in 10min). Their online check-in made everything go very smoothly. Everyone else in the place was a walk-in and had to wait +30min. Every one of them had their phones out – why wouldn’t they just check-in beforehand? Oh well.

This was our 3rd visit. Today it was very unwelcoming. I only saw one stylist smile the whole time we were there. The person cutting my grandsons hair was extremely serious and not very happy or pleasant. Not a great environment for a young boy to get a haircut. The haircut itself was poorly done. We literally had to cut a 1/2″ off his left side when we got home. I gave one star because the wait was as we expected. From the mouth of my 9 year old grandson, “The girl cutting my hair obviously didn’t like her job.”

My son got his hair cut here and it will be the last time. Stylist seemed bothered to do her job and cut my sons hair they way she felt it looked best as opposed to what he wanted. My husband asked Cara the beautician at the Williamsburg location to make the top and sides proportional as the last beautician shaved his sides too close to his head relative to the rest of his hair. As a result of repeating those instructions numerous times, he now has quite a bit of hair on top, no hair on the right side of his head, erratic shaving on the other side and longer hair in back. He is a frequent visitor of this location and has had 2 really bad haircuts in a row. Brsare.
