I took my 85 yr old dad for an MVP treatment. He was currently diagnosed with a terminal illness and i wanted him to have a good experience and know that he is still very handsome. The stylist. I believe her name was Jay. She had no idea about my dads condition but she did his hair so nicely and treated him so kindly. I couldnt have been happier with the service she provided and the peoduct recommendations which I did purchase. For whatever time the good Lord allows him to still be here, she will be his stylist moving forward. He was so happy and how she cleaned him up , hair, beard, brows , ear hair lol , her work allowed him to feel handsome again, give that little push of self confidence that he needed. The experience wasnt just for a cut, it was a reminder that no matter what your always worth feeling your best no matter what life throws at you. Thank you so much to Jay for making that happen.

Never again. The check in process sucks, the customer service is horrible. They fail to communicate with you while you are sitting there waiting patiently for your turn that they have breaks coming, so that “on deck” really means a 20 minute additional wait.
