Had been a loyal customer at this location since it opened, minus a few years while I lived in the twin cities. Today I checked in on the app and headed into town like I normally do. It said I had around 30 minutes to get there. Arrived maybe 5-10minutes after my time, noticed name wasn’t on the board. There was no one else waiting and one person currently getting a haircut. About 5 minutes after I got there another person who checked in after my original time arrived. The stylist that was on the floor checked the office as the other stylist was apparently taking a break. She then explained my original check in was cancelled.
