I stopped by during my lunch and checked in. My estimated time was 11 minutes. Then my time showed as “on deck”. I was good with that until another 7-10 minutes went by. One of the stylist went to the bank and my time went to 26 minutes so I got up and left. While I understand things happen, the customer service was not good. I even got the text to my phone that I was on deck. I will not be going back to this location. I will not be recommending this location. Thank you for wasting my valuable time.

I’ve been going here for a while, and usually get a good cut. Not sure if they’re understaffed or just incredibly busy, but this last time I got a cut, the quality was poor and the job was rushed. Looked fine at the mirror but when I got home my wife pointed out a slew of missed hairs, and a whole patch on the back sticking out from the rest, like a weird little bump. I won’t be going to this location again, at least not any time soon. Just not what I expect from a $30 hair cut. Probably going to cost me $60 considering I’ll be going to another barber just to get it corrected. Would not recommend.

asked for shoulder length hair, and I got it cut all the way past my neck. I’ve never gotten a worse haircut in my life, and I just wanted to be able to get the knots out of my hair and have it be more healthy. I’m very upset with how it came out and I didn’t really voice my opinion to the stylist as I’m a very anxious person so I have no hate, I truly just wish she had listened to me when I said I wanted it shoulder length. I am very uncomfortable with how I look and I don’t imagine myself being confident for a while now, and it’s all due to this haircut. I do thank them for the lady who screamed when my hair was cut though, as that was quite funny.

Usually I always get a great haircut. It has been a while since I had been in for a cut. The last couple months wife has been trimming up the sides as I work out of state and live in Tooele. Today I made time to travel in to get a cut. The hair on top of my head was about 6 inches as the sides only a couple. I ask the side be clipped with #2 and about finger thickness or little more on top. A hard edge or line on the part. The only thing she got correct is the sides and hard line. The top at the part are less than finger length and she blend the rest of the top with the sides. She ask if I wanted to be able to comb over the top I had said yes. I basically got a buzz cut. There is nothing left to comb over. If a guy walks in with 6 inches of hair on top an less than two on the sides why would you buzz his whole head?

The haircut was not up-to the mark. The lady was rushing into the cut although she ended up taking a longer time! I had all my measurements written out from past visits and she simply had to follow them, but clearly my frontal hair was cut way more down more than half of what measurements were put in. What’s not to like!!??! They cut hair massage my scalp, shampoo, hot towels and a quick face massage! I found my own little piece of peace and quiet haven for about 45 minutes!
