I’ve been here twice. Both times I’ve asked for a low fade and received a high fade. I don’t think the stylists actually listen to what you ask for. Today I specifically said nothing shorter than a 2 to this point and don’t cut any hair above here. She took it to the skin where I asked for a two and was actively clipping the upper part where I had asked her not to cut when I had to stop her. Beware.

Case in point, today – Saturday July 17th. I stopped by at 3:30 and was told that theyre closing at 4pm and too late for a haircut. Your sign says open until 6pm. Have been a customer since you opened, I always bought the 3 pack MVP and took my son there as well. No more. I’m tired of stopping by and being told it’s too late. This is the 3rd time. I take my son to get his haircut here and would like to say that I will NEVER be coming back. Thuy has cut my sons hair twice now and completely butchered his hair both times! The first time I had to take him home and use my home clippers to fix his hairline. Uneven lines, patchiness, and no professionalism. When I confronted her, she said that it would go away after he takes a shower. As she proceeded to “fix” it, she carelessly continues to worsen his hair line and cuts more off to the point of no return. And still, she demands me to pay. Luckily, a gentleman in the store was able to even out the patchiness, but RIP to the hairline. Still ended up paying. Terrible experience and service. Be wary.
