I did not have the chance to use your business as when we stopped by at 5:20 PM the ladies in West Lafayette told my kids and I that they cannot take anyone else even though nobody was getting a haircut at that time and they were closing at 6:00PM. They told us to come back the second day but my kids are in school and finishing after 5:00PM, with the after school activities. Why not just adjusting the schedule to 5 o’clock since they were not taking anymore else way before the closing time?

This place is pretty bad. Today I booked an appointment to have my hair cut. I showed up, checked in, and the board said I had a 5 minute wait. The stylist comes up does something on the computer and all of the sudden I have a 20 minute wait. It would be fine if it was the first time this happened but they do it to me everytime. I just left and will not be coming back. Why take online appointments if you can’t keep them.

Walked in for a hair cut one person in the lobby the 2 styles stated that they were all booked up for the day. I guess there were a few online check in. I have a have a head of it takes 10 mins to cut. I dont why you would turn people away when there is nobody in the chairs and only one person in the lobby. My husband and sons dropped in for their first professional haircut since March 2020. After 15 months of Kitchen Cuts by Mom with some shoddy shears the gals at Sports Clips cleaned them up and sent them home looking like new men! I love the online check in option and the ability to see wait times before arriving. The gals were quick and good at what they do as well as patient with my kiddos (which is more than I can say for myself 😉 ) I will be sending my guys back!
