Local ownership and the franchise system are not running this location well. I booked our appointments (2) out for the soonest available 1.5 hours from time of booking today. I arrived before the time requested to arrive and still had to wait an addition 45 min+ just to be seen past our rsvp time. They let walk-ins ahead of your in-app scheduled time, so it pushes your reservation back. It’s a horrible system. The girl cutting my hair was polite and did great but it was all ruined by the poor ownership management experience this franchisee has in place. Also, for a “sports” atmosphere the burned out old tv in the entry was barely visible. New flat screens are so cheap it shows the lack of investment the local owner is making to help with a good experience. It’s a shame, this could have been a decent visit. Don’t bother – book somewhere else.

Took my 3 year old to get a cut and Ashley was absolutely amazing with him! If you have a young boy who needs a cut I highly recommend her at sportsclips! He was a wiggle butt but she absolutely made it work and he gets all the compliments on how great his hair looks.

I’ve been here twice recently after finding Great Clips ships were all closed. Go online and make an appointment to manage any wait time. I enjoy the pricier cut with shampoo, massage, and hot towel. It’s relaxing if you have the time and Agee extra $. There is a veterans discount available, but you need to ask.

Took a chance after doing business next door. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience…a first visit without a reservation usually means getting a below average haircut by the newest barber…not so here. Cort is now my go-to barber. But all the barbers are first rate professionals who take pride in what they do. I would recommend getting their App to make a reservation time and barber preference.
