I checked in online and arrived in 20 minutes. When I checked in I was first in line. When I arrived I was taken off the waitlist and the manager told me to go ahead and check in again. I did. I should have been first up and they were taking everyone else and the lady knew what had happened. Poor customer service and I will never use location again.

I made an appt online for check in my son who is 4 was obviously nervous about getting a haircut. While seeing me in the lobby trying to tell him he will be fine and that it’s something we do all the time instead of one the workers coming over to help and try and console or calm him down they decided to skip my spot in line. Obviously the next stylist wasn’t wanting to cut his hair understandably I get it but this was an opportunity to help my son understand that there was nothing to be afraid of. Sports clips has lost business.
