Normally my husband loves going to Sports Clips to get his hair cut. However, they don’t tell you at any of the sports clips that you have to use the gift certificate at the sports clips it was purchased at. Well whenever you get it as a gift how is the recipient supposed to know that and the purchase location. This is absolutely ridiculous that my husband had to pay in full and NOT use his gift certificate. Just know we will not be returning which is a shame because he loves this salon. Maybe you should put that on all of the gift certificates and put the location it was purchased at. ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS!

I give it a 5 based on last time there and first since pandemic started. Obviously they are all masked up. Separate seating and they spray and clean after each customer. That matters to me. Plus, you get a good haircut too.

I’m female and have a short hair style so I choose places that will just cut my hair without the frills. I was third in line to get a haircut. After the manager finished with her client she disappeared and didn’t come back until I was being taken care of by the other stylist. I have no proof but suspect she didn’t want to cut my hair. I’m very aware of how folks see me and the way I get treated. I try to give folks the benefit of the doubt. Not sure she deserves it though. Not sure if I’ll go back.

I have been coming to Sports Clips in Wentzville ever since they opened. My son Jack has only been coming for a couple of years. My son Jack has autism which when getting his haircut can make things difficult. The staff at sports clips has always gone above and beyond to make Jack feel comfortable even though sometimes his behavior can become erratic. The first time we brought Jack to get his haircut at Sports Clips he jumped out of the chair and hid under one of the tables. Even after that somehow they managed to cut his hair. We’re here today getting his haircut again and he is moving around and everything else but they still managed to get his haircut even washing his hair and putting up with his silly jokes. this is only one of the reasons why I will always be a Sports Clips customer.
