“Sports” themed haircuting place. So they have the tennis game on & Sports Illustrated magazines on the table, pictures of Tiger Woods on the wall & such. Great haircut, nice staff, tidy place, working bathrooms, lovely view, helpful customer service, etc. Sport Clips is similar to Great Clips & Fantastic Sam’s. I needed a haircut in a pinch, and my normal barber was booked full. Many Sports clips stylists, though, were available. I was able to get in for a haircut within the hour. My stylist was very efficient and quick with the haircut (pro) and did a good job! My complaint for the process was that being a first time customer, I was told that I get upgraded to double MVP. What I wasn’t told was that they still charge you more for the upgrade vs. just getting a haircut (which is what i wanted). I was a little flustered when I saw what should’ve been a $21 haircut became $28’s. However, if you need a haircut in a pinch for a reasonable price, I would recommend.

Horrible experience! I had to terminate my 8 year old son’s the haircut mid-way through, as the stylist being very rough with him while using the clippers. She was shouting at him to stay still, and roughly positioning his body. A very scary experience, I will never take my son back to Sports Clips. Haircut

We were not on the board and the counter greeter was like “oh well you just have to register again and wait.” 45 minutes that is! Not a fan of Katie! Sad thing is the stylists are always so good and nice.

Walked in for a haircut a few minutes ago was treated very rudely by the girl at the counter. She apparently was done for the day and didn’t want to take the time to help me! Asked how long a wait and with a serious attitude says I don’t know 45 minutes and we close in 45 minutes. Then just stands there and ignores me. I own a business myself and if I found out my employee treated a customer like this I would fire her on the spot!!!

Today around 5:20pm I took my 3 kids to the Wayzata location. Worse experience ever! One of The stylist “very polite” asked my Daughter “how many candies you took?” Of course I was ready to get out of there, but my son really need the haircut and it was too late to bring him to another place! The other stylist did a great job with the haircut, but the one that make me feel so uncomfortable, she wil also make me feel like I won’t come back anytime there, maybe they need to have a sign to says how many candy a kid can take from the bucket? I don’t know, but oh God! She was lucky I was not feeling in the mood of answering back or saying something. I hope the Owner of this Franchise can see this complaint.
