Showed up on time, the stylist were very rude. I am on deck says no wait when I booked online and have been sitting for 15 minutes. Only two stylists and they are rude to all the customers that are waiting and walking in. I use sports clips when I travel for work and this has been the worse experience! Hairstyling, Kids’ cuts

I went to this location and the description listed on my records said gradual fade up with a 0 on the sides. My stylist took out the 0 and shaved from the bottom all the way to the top of my head with a 0 with no gradual fade up. It looks like I just graduated Marine boot camp it looks awful. Haircut

I went to the location in Grandview Ave and was very disappointed when I went in I stood at the desk for a few minutes nobody waited on me so I sat down still nobody ask me anything so I ended up walking out the employees were too busy talking among each other not paying attention to my existence! I never ever experience this before needless to say I will try again but needed a haircut what ever happened to customer service??

Received one of the worst haircuts of my life at this location (if not the worst) on 12/31/2018. The wait time was about an hour but I’ve had good experiences at the Menomonee Falls location so I thought it would be worth the wait. WRONG!! I thought my hair looked uneven and I even asked the lady when she was done if she thought my hair was uneven or if it’s just the way my hair is, and she said it was just the way my hair is. BS!! I asked for a half inch on the sides and finger length on the top. When I got home I took a shower to see if it was just the gel making it look weird… NOPE… on one side I could pull my hair down to almost my eyebrow and the other side was finger length. I even said “don’t worry about cutting it too short” which is what really pisses me off. I knew the second I walked in this location I had a bad feeling and should have listened to my gut. I’ll never come back here. My girlfriend had to re-cut my hair later that day and I’m just gonna have her cut it in the future. Total waste of time and money. I can’t believe I tipped that lady too. Just the worst experience ever. I could have had someone put a bowl on my head and cut it better. I was going to call and complain but I figured if it couldn’t be cut right the first time then why would it be cut right the second time? $18 down the drain thanks for nothing

Cannot honestly say I’ve ever had a bad experience at any of their locations. I have a five-year-old son as well and his haircut always comes out nice with the colic taken care of. Keep an eye out for coupons

Went in here three days ago. It was 5 women standing there staring at me and none of them could hold a convo. The blonde lady who cut my hair did it in less than 5 mins (I was the only customer) she did not make eye contact or speak once. And the haircut was absolutely terrible people noticed her chop job right away. She was monotone and very rude. And she still charged me 20$ for a cut that wasn’t even a full cut. She did not even cut the bottom of the fade. I would not recommend these girls. They don’t know how to socialize with clientes nor cut hair.
