My grandson went on Monday afternoon, the 10th of October, for a haircut. Age 6, with his handsome red hair. When he left with mom nobody said a thing about half of his right eyebrow being clipped off. Mom was rushing to get home to prepare supper and didn’t notice until she got home. She looked and noticed very very crooked bangs and then was horrified to see eyebrow half gone!! Really. Kids move! I’m a cosmetologist. You cover the eyes with the opposit hand to protect the face!!! My daughter is kind. I encouraged Heather to call and get her money back. She said she just won’t recommend or go back there again! By the way…Picture day was yesterday!!! I pray he doesn’t get picked on…whomever cut his hair needs to be taught! Unbelievable. How could you do that and not tell the mother and make it right? Shame on you.

I had the worst experience here came for a haircut an face shaving. The haircut was so bad she shaves the back of my head an left the front so long when I got it fixed the guy apologized an he didn’t even do it. Now the face shaving, it was sporadic missed spots everywhere I was embarrassed that I just went Christmas shopping looking like this. Wish I could post pictures!! My son went to the Waterville, Maine location for a fade with it longer on top for his curls. He is mixed. They did NO fade whatsoever and just shaved around the base of his head, like a bowl cut. He got home and I was appalled.
