Took my son opening day 6/28. Had an hour wait. We asked the stylist Erika if she could do the design and she said yes. She was even asked by management if she could do it and again said yes. She asked to see the photo twice to make sure she was doing it right. She brought my son out to the lobby and it was nothing like what we asked for. She then told me without the proper tools and a template she couldn’t do it. She should have known this before she said she could do it!! Very disappointed with the whole experience. My son wanted this haircut for his birthday party on 7/3 and now we have to shave his head because of how horrible it looks. It doesn’t resemble a spiderweb at all!!!

Got a coupon for the MVP so I decided to try Sports Clips (typically use Great Clips, but they are closed on Tuesday). I checked in online so there was no wait. The stylist made sure she understood what I was looking for and executed it better than any of the stylists I have had in the area. Very friendly conversation during the cut as well. Then on top of it, you get to sit in a massage chair with a hot towel with essential oils wrapped around your face while your scalp gets massaged. Oh yeah, and then they use the massage wand on your neck and shoulders for a few minutes. Even without the coupon, the little upcharge felt like it melted away a few weeks of stress. It’s like 85% high quality haircut with 15% spa treatment. If you couldn’t tell by the novel, I would recommend the MVP. Well done Sports Clips!

Can only use one half off coupon your entire life even though I’ve been mailed multiple. I get my haircut every 3 weeks. That’s 18 times a year. 18 x 31 is $558. Hope it was worth my business. Very bad service/haircuts. Went in for the first time today. After waiting for an hour and 37 minutes ( and lack of A/C) I was glad to finally get a hair cut. They “upgraded” me to the MVP which was mediocre at best. The hair stylist Kaitlin (or something close to that) made the experience somewhat underwhelming. Hair looked alright while there since they put product in it. After I got home realized a ton of hair on both sides of my head was cut all kinds of lengths. So I buzzed it even my self with my beard trimmers. Then after washing their product out of my hair, realized the top of my head was the same way. A weed whacker would have done a better job. Most of the people there cannot operate the cash register either. It’s very poorly run with hair stylists that seemed distracted or more into whenever else was going on than providing a decent hair cut. I will not be going back. I do not recommend this place to anyone. And i am very greatful my wife and daughter decided not to get their haircuts today as it would have been an ever bigger disappointment. Customer service is indeed a thing of the past.

Fantastic! They greeted you as soon as you walked in and showed you how to check in. It was nice watching the ball game while waiting. Michelle was amazing, she listened to exactly how I wanted it done. The one thing that I liked, was that she blended my beard into my high and tight, I haven’t found anyone to do that. Got to have my head washed while my face steamed with tea tree oil infused, damp hot towel. They even asked if the temp was ok. Sat in a massaging chair while getting my hair washed. Top it off with a upper back and neck massager. Highly! Highly! Recommended!

First time using Sport Clips, super convenient location near my hotel. Overall great experience! A little bit of a wait at 5pm on a weekday, but the stylist I had named Katie was fantastic!! She actually helped fix a really bad home-haircut attempt and made me look super sexy and dapper in no time. Followed by a shampoo, condition, two hot face towels and a shoulder massage later, I was very happy with the experience! Not even a trace of hair on my face, shirt or neck afterward! Equally as good as a Roosters or other bougie mens hair salon of that same caliber. Thanks Katie!
