I’ve always had difficulties getting in this place at the time you are notified to be there. I usually have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes. Today I called to advise that I would be approximately 10 minutes late. When I arrived (10 minutes late exactly),there was one available stylist and no customers waiting other than myself. I looked at the screen to see my name at #9 and thought that must be a mistake and surely they will correct it! I was wrong. Another gentleman walked in as I was waiting and he was greeted and sat immediately. I understand that he had an appointment also as most do but, this experience time and time again is enough for me to part ways.
