Sport Clips Haircuts of Waco

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityVery disheartening at the level of professionalism from the manager Catherine at this particular location. I have used and LOVED Sports Clips all over America….. literally. I travel for work so being available to get to these fantastic places are a must for me!I stopped by this location to get a haircut (MVP) and as soon as I walked in I noticed the sign stating you are REQUIRED to wear a mask to enter. I look around the room and notice 2 patrons and an employee who are adorning a mask but not wearing it properly. I shrugged it off as it appears to be that way every where you go nowadays.I place my mask on and sign myself in. Wait about 20 min until I’m called for my cut. This is where things get REALLY interesting! My barber tells me that his boss(the only employee I mentioned earlier not properly wearing her mask) is going to make me wear my mask “properly”. She overhears our conversation and comes over with her mask barely covering her mouth and tells me I need to wear my properly and pull it up. I explained to her that I observed several other people as well as herself not adhering to the same guidelines that she is imposing on myself.That’s when she pulled her mask up, mumbled something, and aggressively started taking off my cape yanking on my neck causing me discomfort. She then yelled at me and told me to GET OUT of her store!The barber that helped me apologized and was then scolded by Catherine and told to “NOT BE SORRY!” other vulgar phrases were still being mumbled by Catherine as I was leaving the establishment. I have never in my life felt so belittled and just completely embarrassed by a business that I frequented quite often.I recommend checking out the 2 other locations within 2 miles of them. Downright SHAMEFUL of Catherine to act this way. I hope management or the owners address her lack of basic social interaction skills when corporate calls them about my complaint.Very disheartening at the level of professionalism from the manager Catherine at this particular location.
