An employee newer to haircutting took care of me, and she was great. Kind, easy to talk with, and did a great job with my cut, which I was overdue for! I don’t think there is anyway to give a worse review. My son was in there last week. He looks like whenever cut his hair was blind. The sideburns are completely uneven and the rest of his hair is choppy and looks like he did it himself. I expect someone will reach out to refund or compensate me in some way for the absolutely atrocious cut my 13 year old was given. So now I will have to take him someplace to fix this and pay much more to do so.

I HATE leaving negative reviews because I know how important reviews can be. But this has been without a doubt the worst experience I’ve had with getting haircuts. I have been here 2 times in 4 months. I came back a second time because I always like to give benefit of the doubt. Both times I was there I got the same lady, both times her behavior was identical. Haircut quality was very low, attention to detail was very low, and customer service was awful.. that was for both haircuts. I showed a picture and gave an explanation and both times she would change what I was requesting to something else. I want what I asked for, not what you want to give me for a haircut. The second time she asked what I thought of the cut, then when I asked for a very minor adjustment she “jokingly” stated how I’m “making her cut my hair a million times”. (I had asked her to adjust 2 parts of my haircut total). Although said in a joking manner, that’s really not how you should talk to someone you are providing a service to. My haircut took a total of 12 minutes, I’ve cut hair before and you have to be really good to do a good job that’s quickly. She’s not that good. I love sports clips but I will never come back to this store. I felt terrible not leaving a tip, but I couldn’t tip such terrible service and quality. Please do better.

First time here as the location closer to my house closed. I was greeted by the manager Marie who also ended up cutting my hair. She didn’t have any notes as like I said it was my first time there. Marie was very friendly and we maintained a great conversation, although it didn’t last long because it was the FASTEST haircut I’ve ever received!! Usually something that takes skill like cutting hair you don’t want them going too fast in fear of compromising performance… but that was not the case. She cut my hair perfectly how I wanted it without any adjustments. Almost like she’d been cutting it for years! I know this is a lengthy review but I normally don’t do these but felt I had to due to my experience. I will definitely be returning and am glad I found a new spot… Thanks again Marie!!

I checked in online at 11. Wasn’t supposed to be there till 2:20. Got a message that my stylist was ready at 11:55. I called to make sure this was correct and was told to come in and they will get me right in. I got there and checked in. Thought I was next in line but then people who were supposed to be there at that time started arriving and I was told they go first. I would have had to wait over an hour and a half for my time to be up. The most ridiculous unorganized establishment I’ve ever encountered.

They got me in right away even though there was a 2hr wait. Why because when u book online and don’t show up at time u supposed to be there walk inns get in right away. Best service by far and friendly staff. Very pleased with my experience. 3rd time going and after only the first time I bought the mvp card. You get message, hot towel on face, shampoo on vibrating chair with feet up and hair cut and style. It is great feeling way better coming out then going in. Couldn’t be happier! Thx

I have been there only once and I was not impressed. The commercials shows a fun loving place where everyone is having a great party with singing and dancing. The hot women are making the men happy and comfortable and everyone is blown away by their haircuts. Well when I was there it was the total opposite. First I waited for over a hour and a half and the not so hot women were mean and rude. There was no singing and dancing ” good that would be strange. The stylist didn’t seem to care if I was comfortable or not. They had televisions but you couldn’t see or here them. The price was kind of high for the hair cut which I didn’t like. With all that said I hate the commercials now and need I say I probably won’t be going back there any time soon.
